union is a reflection of the many layers of my creative journey.
Originally from Portland, I discovered pottery in school and was drawn to handbuilding—finding joy in shaping clay and layering depth and texture. In college, my creative reach grew wider—exploring film, theater, and graphic design—each medium adding new texture to my understanding of form and story.
After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, I followed my path through New York City and San Francisco, both of which offered endless ways to define and refine my sensibility.
In time, I came to recognize my eclectic nature, yet stayed rooted in the easygoing Portland spirit and the organic, adventurous tones of Salt Lake City that now surround me.
From Portland came genuineness and ease. From Salt Lake City, nature and adventure. From New York, clarity and directness. From San Francisco, versatility and eclectic grace.
Together, they form Union — a collection grounded in balance, authenticity, and the art of coming together.

A one-of-a-kind lidded jar measuring approx. 3.75” in diameter, 3.5” in height. Made with Speckled Buff clay and Granite Grey glaze.
Made for your favorite warm beverage. Roughly 3.75 inches in diameter, 5.5 inches with the handle, and 3.5 inches in height. This is one of my larger mugs and would be great for a large portion of coffee or tea. Glazed with a neutral tan on the inside and rim, with a navy blue on the outside, showing a reactive overlay of light blue near the top.
Every mug is wheel-thrown, making it unique. Minor variations in shape, glaze flow, and sizing are natural parts of the handmade process and make your piece one-of-a-kind. Colors and textures may look slightly different depending on lighting and your monitor.
Made for your favorite warm beverage. Roughly 3.75 inches in diameter, 5.25 inches with the handle, and 2 inches in height. Glazed with deep blue and eggshell bringing out the rich clay color.
